At E&E PROJECT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, brand-new condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
